Tom Swoon, the super talented polish DJ and producer involved in a fatal car crash under influence of alcohol

According to the reports, Dorian Tomasiak, better known as Tom Swoon caused a fatal car crash while he was drunk.

The woman who drove the other car is still in the hospital in unknown condition. Unfortunately her passenger passed away at the scene. The revivification was unsuccessful.
Tom Swoon is under investigation by the polish authorities. As the reports says, they found .2% alcohol in his blood which is highly above the legal amount.

The popular EDM DJ was driving a VW Scirocoo when it collided with a VW Bora which has changed it’s lane by that time. According to the local sources, the weather conditions were bad on the S3 expressway. The accident happened on 5th December, 5AM.
He was recently back from India from his last tour to northwest Poland. Currently we have no information about the driving speeds.
Now he can “enjoy” the polish jails hospitality because he was arrested to sober up. It’s a normal procedure in Poland.

The investigation will clarify every questions of responsibility. In order to begin the formal procedure, the driver should be in a stable condition. She is still in the hospital at the time of publication of our article. If the investigation will find Tom guilty he will be in trouble. The DJ could face a minimum of 2, up to maximum 20 years in jail according to the polish laws. His sentence could be suspended for several years, depending on the court of justice.
Tom’s management not responded to any requests yet.
Causing a death always a trauma for both side. We really hope Tom can process the incidence. Even if he caused the horrible accident or not, he must live with this consciousness from now.
