Tom Swoon jail possibility arose, regarding Spinnin’ just cancelled his upcoming releases which reflects that they don’t plan with the polish DJ and ghost producer in long term anymore.

According to the last week’s events, the DJ was involved in a fatal car accident under influence of alcohol. The car crash was happened in his homeland, Poland. This fact means if the Polish Police Dept. will find his guilty he will be in trouble. Due to the polish law, he could be sentenced a minimum of 2, up to maximum 20 years in jail.

As It was mentioned earlier, Spinnin’ cancelled his upcoming release, the remake of Stonebridge’s “Put ‘Em High”. They removed everything what’s related to Tom’s upcoming track on the dutch label. All of the previews, covers has been removed from the website in the past days which made us thinking. The release was planned to 11th December and it’s still not available on Beatport. Although it’s still available on the label’s SoundCloud page. Spinnin’ not confirmed officially that the cancellation is related to the polish DJ’s accident.

Regarding it’s always tough to cancel a track, the label should have a serious reason to do it. It’s never been easy to let planned releases go, throwing all the promotions in the bin.

We still have no any official information about the happening or about Tom’s future. His management, label and even the DJ’s social profile is in silence since 5th December. We will keep you updated as soon as we have new details.
