Our Best Dance Songs 2017 list is based on 1001trackslists most played tracks and BeatStats overall charts.

We have an eventful year behind us. Future house in it’s prime as well as tropical house. But none of these can rule the scene like EDM did some years ago. Also techno and tech house songs made promising impacts.

These movements made the selection of our list difficult, but we made our choices and collected our favorite ones all together.

#10 – Fisher “Ya Kidding”: Are ya’ kidding me? A tech house track on our list? Super heavy-weight bass oriented tech house track. The unquestionable proof that this year was the rising of tech house.

#9 – Prok & Fitch, Green Velvet “Sheeple”: Our favorite tech house rocker makes you loose whenever your hear it. The simple but effective way how the beats are built is incredible. Another tech house gem from this year!

#8 – Don Diablo “Swtich”: It was almost a year ago, but it has to be in our selection. Don Diablo’s single was one of the best future house anthem of the year, although it was a big competition in this genre during the past months.

#7 – Throttle “Baddest Behaviour”: Throttle made serious impact this year with this singles and remixes. We are curious if he can raise the level next year or not?!

#6 – Josh Butler, Bontan “Call You Back”: Josh never afraid to make us surprised with his signature UK grooves. He delivered this song with an ear-cathy one liner vocal and some rusty, analog synth stabs.

#5 – Lika Morgan “Feel The Same”: All the credit goes to the swiss genius, EDX for his outstanding remix. One of the best example if you want to know how to create a clubby track crossover.

#4 – Tchami “Adieu”: It was really surprising when we heard this unique track for the first time. But it was love for the first sight.

#3 – Alex Kenji “My Babe”: Also have to mention the remixer’s name, who was the mighty “Me & My Toothbrush”, who made this song one of the bests this year. Well done!

#2 – Zonderling “Tunnel Vision”: Okay, it’s a Don Diablo edit, but we all know the game…It’s still a dancefloor filler song and finally made a twist into the future house genre.

#1 – CamelPhat, Elderbrook “Cola”: What a sick tune is this?! Everytime we play it makes us goosebump instantly. Cheeky, catchy lyrics with singalong parts, sexy deep beats and heavy drums made this song our no.1 this year. It’s also the most played track of the year based on 1001tracklists stats. Congratulation!
